Madigan is the epitome of the law enforcement agent who had to deal with the on-the-scene issues (emergency responses) and the jerks that make the rules back at headquarters who for the most part have never worked the field or have forgotten all they knew about field work. Interesting personality study and intriguing read. 3 Stars from Jerryl
